If you could go back and give your teenage self one piece of perspective, what would it be?

“The biggest piece of advice I could give is to believe in myself, know who you are as a person, and stay true to that.”

What was your favorite activity as a kid?

“I grew up in a generation where our parents told us to go outside and so I loved playing in the creek, playing basketball, and anything that involved sports.”

Who was an adult who made an influence in your life?

“I would say that it was my CYO basketball coach. They moved from Oakland to Sonoma and they went out of their way every year to ensure that I was signed up for the team.”
