If your role is directly serving kids (Club Staff), you must provide the following in advance of your scheduled start date:

If you do not have any risk factors, you can have your physician complete the Risk Assessment Form in lieu of the actual test.

You must also take an Instructional Aide exam if your highest level of education is High School, either diploma or GED. This will be scheduled immediately following your Orientation.

Prep for orientation
Once you have completed and submitted all compliance items, you will be scheduled for an employee orientation. At orientation on your first day of employment you must provide documentation showing your identity and authorization to work. Documents must be original, and you can find examples of acceptable documents to bring to orientation here.
